Jeff Wooster, RTG’s founder and leader, has earned a distinguished reputation as an exceptional builder of custom designed, custom crafted homes that are renowned for style and quality. Jeff developed RTG Construction in 2004 with the goal of applying his experience and skill in a field he loved to the renaissance of the coastal community he calls home. His contribution over the years is evident in the extensive portfolio of unique and inspirational homes he has created in Delray Beach and surrounding areas and, more recently, in Islamorada.

Jeff’s thirty plus years of hands on experience in the construction industry and in entrepreneurial business management along with his unique vision, drive and work ethic make him exceptionally qualified to create for our clients the homes of their dreams.

Mindy Wooster, as co-founder of RTG Construction, has worked alongside Jeff building and developing the RTG distinctive style. Mindy has built her career and reputation in sales and client services and has the pleasure of utilizing her skills in an industry that she loves. Her unique eye for style and passion for architectural design shows through in every project. Mindy completes the design of every home built for sale by RTG in addition to assisting clients with all the phases of their custom home projects from land acquisition and financing to architecture, design and finish selections.
